Organic mashed potato flakes are ideal for a quick lunch. They are perfect for easily making mashed potatoes as well as various baked goods. The mash forms the perfect base for many variations. Season it to your taste with spices or fresh herbs. Serve it the classic way with spinach and a fried egg, or Mediterranean-style with herbes de Provence, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.
Tilberedning
The desired consistency can be achieved by using 14 to 16 g of flakes per 100 ml of liquid. Add the potato flakes to salted water or milk. Ensure the temperature does not exceed 80 °C. Gently stir in the flakes and leave the purée to rest for one minute before serving. Do not stir during this time. Season the purée to taste with additional spices, such as freshly ground nutmeg, or with fried onions and fresh chives.
